Privacy Policy

• Account info: name, email, phone, role (customer or vendor).
• Order info: listings reserved, deposits, payment plan history, delivery address.
• Vendor info: business name, inspection number, documents uploaded for approval.
• Device info: IP address, browser, and pages viewed for fraud and analytics.

Card numbers, CVCs, and bank credentials are collected, tokenized, and stored by Stripe, Inc. Pasture never sees or stores raw card data. We retain only the masked last-four, card brand, customer ID, and the receipts needed to operate your payment plan.

We use first-party cookies for authentication, fraud prevention, and lightweight product analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

When you place an order, we share your name, delivery address, phone, and order details with the vendor fulfilling that order so they can deliver the product.

We share data with service providers who run the platform on our behalf (hosting, email, payments). These providers are contractually bound to use the data only to operate the service.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with industry-standard encryption. Access is gated by role-based permissions and audited. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to security@pasture.com.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. California, Colorado, Virginia, and other state residents may have additional rights including the right to opt out of certain processing. Email privacy@pasture.com to exercise any of these rights.
